Refund policy

This English version is provided for convenience. The French version prevails.

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw from it, without having to give a reason (article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code). To exercise this right, please inform us by e-mail at maisonfidele@yahoo.com, stating your order number, before this period expires.

How to return a product

Before returning anything, please contact our customer service at maisonfidele@yahoo.com: we will send you by e-mail a return number and the exact address of the processing center. You must then send the product back no later than 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal, complete and in its original packaging if possible. No return sent unsolicited to our registered office will be accepted.

Return costs: borne by the customer. If the product is defective, damaged or not as ordered, return costs are borne by us.

Refund

We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision to withdraw. We may defer the refund until we have received the product or until you provide proof that you have sent it back. The refund is made using the same means of payment as the one used for the order.

Defective, damaged or non-conforming product

If your product arrives damaged, defective or does not match your order, write to us at maisonfidele@yahoo.com with your order number and a photo. We will reply within 1 to 2 working days and offer you, as appropriate, a replacement, a repair or a refund, with any return costs borne by us. The legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects continue to apply.

Order cancellation

You can request the cancellation of your order as long as it has not been passed to our supplier for shipping. Please write to us as soon as possible at maisonfidele@yahoo.com.
